Bilingual Property Manager

Bilingual Property Manager – Fluent in English/ Spanish required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | No Weekends

Pay: $28-31/hr 

Responsibilities

Property Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of two apartment communities
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance.
• Ensure both communities operate efficiently while maintaining company standards.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and industry standards.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop the onsite teams.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees.
• Work alongside the Assistant Property Manager to ensure both communities operate efficiently.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven work environment.
• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork and operational excellence.

Resident Relations:

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience that encourages lease renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining community standards.

Administrative / Operations:

• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and daily operations for both communities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure operational compliance.
• Communicate effectively with regional leadership and onsite staff.
• Support leasing, maintenance, and office operations as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience overseeing multiple communities is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience managing property budgets and financial performance.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing employees.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAM certification preferred.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• HCCP certification is a plus.
• Experience with multifamily property operations, budgeting, occupancy management, and resident retention.
• Proven ability to improve property performance and lead successful onsite teams.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
• CAM, CAPS, HCCP, or other relevant property management certifications are preferred but not required.
