Gastroenterology Physician – Outpatient & Hospital (Fall River, MA)

An established practice in the Fall River, MA area is recruiting a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist to join its GI division of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers.

About the Role
You’ll manage a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions, including intestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and biliary disease, seeing office patients and hospital consults and performing routine endoscopic procedures. Any particular clinical interests or subspecialty skills will be welcomed and supported. The outpatient endoscopy suite is on-site with full nursing, anesthesia, and pathology support; higher-risk or complex procedures are done at a local hospital outpatient suite.

Call

• Inpatient and ER coverage shared across two GI groups
• 1:12 weekend call and 1:5 weekday nights (outpatient phone coverage)

Compensation & Benefits

• $550,000 year 1, $575,000 year 2, $600,000 year 3 (based on skill set)
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

What We’re Looking For

• Fellowship-trained gastroenterologist
• Comfort with a variety of GI disease and routine endoscopic procedures
• Advanced GI endoscopy fellowship desirable, not required
• New graduates and experienced physicians both considered
• Active or eligible Massachusetts licensure
