Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Overtime as needed | On-Call Rotation Required
Requirements: 

• 2–7 years of HVAC Service Technician experience.
• Residential HVAC service experience.
• Hands-on experience servicing residential heating and air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform HVAC maintenance checkups.
• Ability to service and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to work effectively with other technicians.
• Dependable and reliable work history.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to continually learn new HVAC technologies, systems, and service procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air-conditioning systems.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues, identify equipment problems, and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Respond to residential service calls and complete assigned work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Communicate service findings, repair recommendations, and system operation clearly and professionally to homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing courteous service, educating customers on HVAC care, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Identify and explain opportunities for additional repairs, maintenance, and residential service agreements when appropriate.
• Work effectively with other technicians and team members, follow company and manufacturer standards, and continually develop technical and leadership skills.

Pay Rate:

• $20-28 Depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
