Senior Accountant – Audit
NASHUA, NH
Compensation Target: $75-95K
We are seeking a Senior Accountant (A&A) with 3-5+ years of public accounting experience who can independently lead and perform all aspects of review and compilation engagements, supervise staff, prepare and review financial statements with disclosures, and apply strong U.S. GAAP knowledge for privately held businesses. Construction industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, professional judgment, and advanced Excel/Word skills, including preparation of linked financial statement packages. CPA or CPA-track candidates are preferred. This is a hands-on role within a CPA firm offering significant client contact, leadership opportunity, and growth potential.
Our firm consists of approximately 20 professionals and provides personalized accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations. The majority of A&A engagements involve financial statement reviews and compilations with disclosures, primarily for clients in the construction industry, along with select clients in other commercial industries, and a limited number of small nonprofit audit and review engagements.
