Maintenance Technician
Location: 
Westborough, MA
Available Shifts: M-F 7am-3pm
                                M-F 11am-7pm
Position Duties:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Perform inspections and painting jobs as needed.
• Change light bulbs and perform basic repairs.
• Use a handheld device to receive and update service requests.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed at required intervals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge and experience with painting, light repairs, and general maintenance.

Pay Rate:

• $25-27/hour depending on experience
