M-F 7am-3:30pm ( flex on start time )

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for production.
• Assemble fiber optic cables and components.
• Cut, prepare, test, package, and inspect products.
• Complete quality checks and required documentation.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Help improve manufacturing processes.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Learn new tasks and processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to identify colors and patterns accurately.
• IT, electrical, or networking experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work carefully.
