Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00a – 4:00p

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients, taking vitals, updating patient medical histories, recording current medications and allergies, and documenting data in ModMed electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Preparing exam rooms, assisting podiatrists with minor in-office procedures, applying dressings/bandages, and therapeutically wrapping feet and ankles
• Positioning patients and taking digital foot ankle X-rays under physician direction, ensuring safety protocols and proper image labeling
• Cleaning, preparing, and autoclaving surgical and diagnostic instruments while maintaining sterile field standards
• Handling insurance verification, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post-operative reminder calls, and general front-office communication

Qualifications:

• Medical assisting experience (2+ years)
• BP, injection, and ultrasound experience
• Podiatry experience preferred
• X-ray certification preferred

Compensation:

• $20-24/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
