Groundskeeper
Location: Columbia, SC
Full-Time
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekend/evening availability as needed
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of groundskeeping, property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or related experience.
• Able to work independently and follow directions.
• Basic hand tools, or willingness to obtain them.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain curb appeal, including landscaping, walkways, model homes, and office areas.
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Assist with snow removal during inclement weather.
• On-call when needed.

Pay Rate: $19/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
