Hours:

• Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and making courtesy outbound calls
• Negotiating payment plans and resolving outstanding balances
• Assisting patients with insurance-related questions
• Maintaining detailed documentation of all communications
• Following HIPPAA, company, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical administrative or similar experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation:

• $17-18/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
