Inside Sales Rep

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Rep to generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective customers. This role will work closely with Sales and Marketing and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients in the SaaS/EHR technology space.

Pay: $26/hr + Commision
Hours: 8-5, M-F

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, CRM databases, and prospecting tools.

• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media.

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining potential fit.

• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.

• Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospects through campaigns.

• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs.

• Track outreach activity, lead conversions, and other sales KPIs.

• Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role; SaaS experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and handling rejection.

• Positive, motivated, and resilient approach.

• Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfo.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
