Position: Kitchen Associate
Temp to Hire
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 5:30am-3:00pm, 5 days per week – schedule will vary depending on needs of the Kitchen
Pay: $20/hr
Work setting: 100% on-site; the position is considered essential during weather emergencies.
Kitchen Associate
The Kitchen Associate supports the meal program and catering/social enterprise by assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup.
Responsibilities
- Set up and serve meals to guests and customers
- Clean and maintain kitchen, serving areas, dining room, and dish room
- Assist cooks with food preparation and meal service
- Support food delivery and special events
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and well maintained
- Provide exceptional quality and customer service at all times
- Support the growth of the catering program and take on additional responsibilities as needed

- Strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
