Multi-Site Affordable Housing Property Manager – Conshohocken, PA

We’re looking for an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager to oversee two senior living communities totaling approximately 150 units in the Conshohocken area.

This is a great opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys a hands-on role and is comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of multiple communities.

Position Highlights:

• Manage two senior living/affordable housing communities totaling approximately 150 units
• Split time between both properties throughout the week
• Oversee daily property operations, resident relations, and administrative functions
• Ensure strong compliance with affordable housing requirements and program regulations
• Manage leasing, renewals, resident concerns, and overall resident satisfaction
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and other property staff
• Monitor property performance, budgets, expenses, and collections
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Work closely with ownership and/or regional management to ensure both communities are operating efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Affordable Housing Property Management experience is required
• Senior housing experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and regulations
• Excellent resident relations and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize responsibilities across multiple properties
• Comfortable working independently while also managing and supporting on-site teams

Compensation: $65,000–$70,000
