Hours:

• 40 hours/week
• Monday – Friday between 7:30a – 5:30p

Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving patients, escort them to exam rooms, and accurately obtain and document height, weight, vital signs, and EKGs
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, provide medication and instruction printouts, and manage outside testing orders and supplies
• Deliver personalized patient instructions and paperwork, and ensure patients fully understand their treatment next steps before leaving
• Review patient records for completeness, maintain meticulous chart documentation, and scan prescriptions and medical documents
• Monitor overall patient flow, identify potential delays or clinical concerns, maintain and restock exam rooms and sample areas, and handle opening/closing duties

Qualifications:

• Medical assisting diploma/certification
• BLS/CPR certification
• Medical assisting experience (2+ years)
• EKG experience required
• EMR experience required

Compensation:

• $22-24/hr
• Pay is determined by experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
