Location: Jacksonville, NC

 Pay: $18.00 Hourly

Schedule: Full-Time 8:30 – 5:30 M – F  | Weekend availability and shared on-call rotation required

Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations:

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies.
• Maintain grounds and overall appearance of the community.
• Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and complete general electrical repairs.
• Assist with pool maintenance.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of the on-call rotation.

Resident Relations:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Remain professional and effective under pressure.
• Take pride in quality work and completing repairs properly.

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
