Pay: $32/hr

 

Responsibilities

Create purchase orders using the GSPN system

Resolve issues in the purchasing system

Order raw materials, supplies, and equipment needed for production

Track deliveries and inventory to ensure materials arrive on time

Follow up with vendors to expedite urgent orders

Communicate with receiving, warehouse, production, engineering, shipping, and accounting teams to resolve supply or inventory issues

Monitor vendor performance and reliability

Notify management of potential material shortages or delivery delays

Complete required training and certifications

Wear a dosimeter when working near radiation-emitting equipment

 

Requirements

Purchasing, planning, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work with multiple departments and vendors

Comfortable tracking orders, inventory, and delivery schedules

Computer skills and ability to learn company software systems

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
