Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager – Madison, TN
$30/hour | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a 250-unit affordable housing community and support day-to-day operations, leasing, and compliance (LIHTC/HUD).

We are looking for an experienced Manager or an Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career for this position.  All applicants will need to start ASAP!

What You’ll Do:

• Support leasing: marketing, applications, and move-ins
• Assist with compliance and reporting (LIHTC/HUD)
• Help manage rent collection and track expenses
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor work
• Provide excellent resident support and resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of property management experience
• Affordable housing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi or OneSite
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Certifications (COS/LIHTC) a plus

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
