 Maintenance Utility Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, flexible start times available)
Pay: 23/hr
Merrimack, NH

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Complete basic repairs and improvement projects
• Assist with drywall, carpentry, and light construction work
• Build, modify, or remove office and shop areas as needed
• Clean and maintain production floors, equipment, and workspaces
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment and facility systems
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility
• Support maintenance projects across multiple departments

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Interest in maintenance, repair, or construction work
• Basic knowledge of drywall, carpentry, or general building maintenance preferred
• Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious mindset

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
