Position: Mechanical Assembly
Schedule: 2:30pm-11pm, temp to hire
Location: Ashland, MA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Must be reliable and have a good work ethic and basic tool/mechanical abilities
Assemble and test electromechanical components and operate production equipment to support manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Read route sheets, blueprints, and engineering specifications to assemble products according to quality and performance standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and specialized assembly tools to perform fitting, adjustment, testing, and calibration tasks.
• Inspect work for quality, identify defects or equipment issues, and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety, PPE, and EH&S requirements.
• Participate in EH&S training and support continuous improvement of workplace safety practices.
Required Qualifications
• Authorized to work in the US without Company sponsorship.
• Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
