Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities & Details
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a well-maintained community.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-unit residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Plumbing or electrical license preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
