Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician
Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $25.00/hr during training, increasing to $26.75/hr on 2nd shift
Schedule: 1st Shift Training: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
A manufacturing company in Wallingford is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience working with industrial machinery.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
•
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs.
•
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
•
Make equipment adjustments and assist with machine setups and changeovers.
•
Use hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
•
Maintain parts inventory and keep work areas clean and organized.
•
Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
•
High School Diploma or GED.
•
2+ years of relevant mechanical or industrial maintenance experience.
•
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
•
Ability to read equipment manuals and work instructions.
•
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
•
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
